For 30 years, APO GLA has been serving the community and has extended their services not just nationally but globally. Few of APO GLA's projects and services are:

Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America

Aside from OA(Order of the Arrow) and NESA (National Eagle Scout Association), Alpha Phi Omega is the only Fraternity/Organization BSA is endorsing their older scouts and alumni to join.

Operation Gratitude

Operation Gratitude is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer-based corporation, funded entirely by private donations and seeks to lift morale and put smiles on faces by sending care packages addressed to individual Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines deployed in harm's way. APO GLA offers their services to Operation Gratitude by rendering volunteer work at Army National Guard Armory in Van Nuys, California.

Blood Letting

APO GLA participates in Blood Letting, which is the withdrawal of often considerable quantities of blood from APO members and APO guests. The withdrawn blood are then stored and used by health institutions to cure or prevent illness and disease.

San Fernando Rescue Mission : Feeding the Homeless

APO GLA donates goods and help feed the homeless staying in San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission every year.
